I started at 7am , to 1:30pm , water 55, wind 5 to 15, I knew the wind was going to pick up by mid day , also try dead sticking for Hybrids. 1st Stop : St. Anne's East , located a few fish, not enough to stop . 2nd Stop : St . Anne's West , loaded with fish , 18 to 20 Fow, caught 10 magnum sand bass, 1/4 KT slabs, 1/2 Cotton Cordell, silver spoons, 3rd Spot : Long Ridge, 18 Fow, loaded with fish, caught 20 sand bass , 4 Stop : Time to go Dead Sticking : finding schools of bait was key to me in 35 to 40 Fow , I seem to get more bites with a lighter jig head, 1/4 ounce, ( when the wind is not blowing very much ), Zoom tiny flukes , no more than 4 inch baits. Also the 10lb line has got to stay vertical . Heavy medium spinning rod. I ended up with 8 legal Hybrids. The wind got up , time to go to the house . Great Day on CCL,
