It'll track your sleep and let you know exactly how you are doing in terms of deep sleep, light sleep, and REM sleep. In my opinion lack of sleep is the single biggest cause of physical and mental decline. If you want to age yourself extremely fast sleep as little as possible.

Terrible commercials, weird guy (who seems like a decent person who has been through a lot and came out a better person) but I love my My Pillow. Changed my sleep immensely for the better. They have two options: one for people who sleep on their back, and one for people who sleep on their side or stomach. We found a two for one deal, which was the only reason I gave it a shot, but I’m glad I did.

Good luck on fixing your sleep. I made the mistake of sleeping in my recliner, now when we travel I have trouble falling asleep in a bed. Wish Bob Davis had posted rule #3 earlier as it is a hard habit to break.

L theanine, 5 HTP, Melatonin..... my girl takes these about an hour before she gets in bed and sleeps better than ever in her life. Those blanket weigh 50 - 75 pounds and did nothing for her other than be uncomfortable.
