I haven't followed this whole thing very closely. From what little I do know, Lauer is probably a sleazeball. That said, this particular case is a head scratcher given she continued to consequentially see him for months after. Sure seems like a slippery slope.

Later that night, she returned to his room at his request. She alleges he forcibly raped her anally. He said they had consensual vaginal and anal sex.

She said they had an ongoing relationship out of fear because of his celebrity and power at NBC.

I dont even look at women at work. If you have any position of power or manager people in any way you have to keep your nose 100% clean. If you do not you will not make it in management.

Agree Dan. I basically follow the Mike Pence strategy. Sadly, it takes a little of the "humanness" out of interactions, but it's not worth the risk anymore.
