 How many people still subscibe or buy a daily paper?

I live in a small town,Albany,Ga. population 73,000 and we still have a daily paper 6 days a week..I live on a 14 house cul de sac and when I moved here in 1991,every house subscribed to the local paper...Now I'm the only subscriber on my street....
how many people still read the paper each day?
(tried to do one of those polls but wasn't smart enough to figure out how)

I quit taking the Dallas Morning News after 20 years the day they announced support for Hillary. I knew it was a lib paper but supporting a crook like Hillary is going too far. I get all the news krap I can handle on TV anyway.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.
Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

I get the morning news delivered weds-sun.
mostly i want the weekend sports pages and the whole sunday paper, but they didn't have a fri-sun plan.
I could read it all online, but i like having an old-school paper on the weekends to read through the TV schedule, stats, and stories.

I don’t. And I wish they would stop throwing the circulars in my yard. I get all of my news online.

I still get the local paper. I feel better with a cup of coffee reading the newspaper than with a cup of coffee watching a computer screen or phone. I get enough of that later in the day. Just a throwback thing.

I canceled mine because the rate was to high and they had cut it down to next to nothing. I do really miss my paper though. I refuse to pay to read it online. The only thing I really miss is the sports page and the obits. Being a lifer in DFW I almost always knew of someone who had passed away.

73,000. That's not a small town. My address is Burton tx population 300 the closest town to is Round Top, tx population 90.
