Coming up on 100K for my 2015 Toyota Highlander (stopped going to the dealership whenever the oil changes stopped being free at 36K--Toyota is infamous for service upsells, so I've been going to a mechanic I trust)

No detectable problems with the vehicle, gets regular service at the mechanic I trust

At 100K, other than checking all the fluids, what should be done (other than check the fluid levels, change oil/air filter)?

Check belts, hoses, and bushings?
Change spark plugs?
Change brake pads?
New Battery?

Sometimes the saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it, is a good policy.

However, I would at least have everything looked at.

Thanks.
I've always changed the brake pads at around 100-150K.
I'm not noticing any issues, but I'm planning on a trip down to the border early next year; might as well get 'er done.

Toyota owners manuals has recommended maintenance at every interval. It will recommend checking certain things and replacing certain things with each oil change.

My wife did that on her old Tacoma and it got to 220,000 miles before we traded it in, despite being totaled twice.

I was under the impression that a toyota can go 1,000,000 miles or more with no repair costs.

New battery for sure if its never been changed.

New plugs

New hoses, belt, flush radiator and replace coolant.

Replace spark plugs

If you haven't replaced trans fluid before now, I'd leave it alone.

Thanks.
That's a solid list. Don't want any issues 250 miles south of San Antonio.

Just have Hop drive it around for a day or 2. It will magically become the greatest vehicle ever made, and will never need repairs. Dealerships will pay you for the privilege of performing maintenance on it until the end of time.
