In a recent Internet survey, 83.4% of all people who quit smoking and were ecstatic about their early success, relapsed in day 210 and were smoking at a rate twice as much as they were before they quit

But I’m sure you’ll be fine

roflmao

Yep, I quit for 5 days once... it wasn't that bad. Figured I could quit any time I wanted and went right back to smoking.

I quit smoking 17 years ago, the biggest mistake I see from people who are trying to quit is they think they can smoke a cigar. If you're a cigarette smoker and try to substitute another form of nicotine it will trigger your addiction. Good luck and take it one day at a time.

Reading, it seems like every one trying Cold Turkey has found something to do with the hands, mine was SwizzLe sticks, I was a moderate drinker and swizzle sticks were available, they were made of plastic and when heated by the lips and pulled they would stretch, seems I got one to about 19", honestly you need something to place your mind set on. IT WILL WORK

I’m shocked at the hubris. And insults at the billions of people who have tried and failed. Just shocking that one comment that was taken the wrong way turned this into what it is.

Senko, I admire your confidence. The comments are only feeding your will power to quit.

All I asked was are you going to vape now and he started throwing insults. Dude has some serious anger issues.

Maybe by day 10 he will ease up. Maybe even get his taste buds back so he don't have to burn those pork chops so bad.
