Not sure about anyone else. RHBC Team 1 won today with 8 fish for 25.88. With payout, side pot and FNS Gift Cards our payout was $4,600 in cash and prizes! An amazing day! Thanks to the guys on my team! Vince Burt and Mark Werner. Adam Vesely and Taylor Gauntt and my friend and partner Chris Atkinson. Great job on a tough fishing day guys! Also thank you to Monte and Jeff and all the people at Fun-N-Sun for putting on this great event and Bass Champs for running the show the way they always do. First rate! Bass Club of North Texas was right behind us for second with 25.66 I believe. FNS should have the results posted on their Facebook page soon I imagine. Awesome turnout! 41 teams and 123 boats! See you all next year!

Denton County Bass Club took 5th with 22.95. Our boat draws were #1, #64, and #123 and we book ended the entire field. Since I have a 150hp and wasn't going to win any races I volunteered to takeoff as #123. All of our teams had a limit and we had one solid fish that helped us into fifth place. My partner and I weighed 8.86lbs for three fish so we were happy considering the conditions.
This was the first time I participated in a Bass Champs event. Hopefully not the last. Thank you to Bass Champs and Fun N Sun for putting on a great event. We'll be back next year!

What is the format for this tourney? A team consists of the Top 6 in points for the Club. Three boats of two man teams. Each boat can weigh three fish. Teams can communicate during the day with each other to help each other find fish. The total weight is all three teams added together

Not exactly sure. There was a high 7 caught by Bass Club of North Texas Big fish was 7.8lbs Dang that's pretty sweet that whole club had a limit We were happy to grind for the limits. As permitted in the rules we could share information and there were times where we were all pretty quiet. Looking forward to some fall temps and hopefully some more favorable conditions.
