Ya'll do know they sell year from purchase licenses, right? Not sure what your question is, but your Texas hunting and fishing license is valid from purchase date thru 8/31/2019. You can also buy a fishing license good for one year from date of purchase, nice if someone needs a license mid year and doesn't want to pay for the regular license that would only be good for a few months.... Gotcha.

I donโt know if I got ripped off or not. Does this apply to Texoma license also? Got my super combo this morning at academy and Texoma license this morning thinking both would be good for a year but Texoma says expires aug 31 19. I am fishing Texoma next weekend so I guess no way around it.

You can also buy an Oklahoma fishing license and then your good for all bodies of water in Oklahoma.
If you have your Texas Fishing license and your Oklahoma fishing license your covered on Texoma.
You can order both online.
Like Bobcat said, ordering online is by far the easiest way to get your new license.
Non Resident Fishing license for Oklahoma for a year is $55.
Resident Fishing License for Texas strictly Fresh water $30.
