I have dealt with this retailer a couple of times and I must say, I am impressed. It’s a family owned/run business. They know their stuff, have competitive pricing and great service. I just bought a kamado joe 3 from them last week. They were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than another store I checked out. I was pleased with my experience as well.

They open at noon. I called at 8:15am....Tom answered! You don’t get that with businesses these days. Plus, he offered to assist me with a warranty issue on a product I didn’t even buy from his store. You don’t get that these days either!
