 Difference between tungsten vs tungsten resin jig heads?

Looking to buy some tungsten football jig heads and found some that are made of "tungsten resin"...what is the difference between the 97% pure tungsten advertised by many retailers and tungsten resin? Are they about the same as far as better sensitivity than lead?
