Yesterday I used the option on the top to submit my info as a first time customer to get free shipping. I waited almost an hour before processing my order, but never got the free shipping email. Not that big of a deal, it was $6.
However it has been 17 hours since I placed me order and I still have not received a confirmation email. Is that normal with this site?
Yes I have double checked which email I used and checked my spam.

I paid with PayPal and immediately got a receipt from PP that I paid X dollars to Retail Endeavors LLC, who (I surmise) owns and operates Overstockbaits.com.

Yeah I used PayPal as well and got an immediate confirmation from them. Couldn't pass up on that deal.
