Plan to stock that pond with blue cat again and feed them out of my hand. Then I will build MY fence out into the lake 20 yards like Oxners neighbors did to keep him out. But this will be me keeping THEM out. And then I will sit on that dock and feed my dogs snacks and look all dapper like Oxner.

Sunriver, Oregon (just east of Bend) from May until Oct, and just outside Hunt, TX for the other half a year.

Not sure we are looking at Arkansas as a possibility due to lower cost of living but will take our time on that major decision. It is a shame N.Texas has gotten so expensive to live due mostly for inflated property taxes so we are considering leaving the state we have lived on all our lives.
