Kids only have a couple of weeks left and then it�s summer! What are everyone�s plans? Any cool vacations? We are going to Ruidoso for a week with extended family. Then the wife and I are going to the Bahamas. Then we�re going to stay at The Marriott Hill Country with the kiddos for a few days before school starts back. What do y�all have planned?

I�m staying here and making sure kids don�t walk in my yard.

I'll do my usual. Go to the lake, fry up some chicken gizzards, and drink some cheap beer. At this time in my life, every night is a Saturday and every morning is a Sunday.

I like wine in the colder months, I like beer in the warmer months. I already have some beer in my fridge. Time to start my summer vacation!

Wife and oldest are going to Italy

Headed to Dallas and Graham in a month. Then it will be 10 days and 173 miles of kayak camping in August, if the water and weather cooperate.

Headed to central Connecticut to see my oldest son, daughter in law and granddaughter. When we get back we will be keeping our newest granddaughter that is arriving in June to his twin brother and my other daughter in law. If we get to see anything other than them it will just be icing on the cake.

Wife wants to go to Alaska in August.
I have 3 children from ages 4 to 11., I feel like Chevy Chase in family vacation every time. Alaska is a long way with many places to screw up.

What day and time are you meeting either of the Bob's at 407? I'll buy the burnt ends.

I'm going to Amarillo in June to work for a few days.

Fishing all this week then flying out to Half Moon Bay, CA for 3 weeks on Sunday morning. I'm ready for a break.

Me and the wife are headed to Colorado. My son and his wife just bought a new house and we plan to keep our granddaughter for a few days so they can take a break. My sister has a timeshare in Breckenridge so we will spend half the week there and the other half with my son. We come home for 2 weeks then off to Alaska to do some fishing and sightseeing.
