 Who needs a grill?

After the divorce and moving into an apartment i no longer have a grill. So here is my Easter Sunday ribeye for one. Pan seared ribeye, spinach and brocolli florets with Kerrygold butter. And for those interested, its 100% Keto! Impressed myself how well it turned out cooking it in a pan on stovetop. Thanks for the well wishes guys.
I watched a Gordon Ramsey video on YouTube. Rubbed salt, pepper and a few other spices on both sides. Got the pan hot, grilled both sides for 4 minutes to 140 internal temp, pulled it and let it sit 5 minutes. It was a perfect med rare. Cooking is not something Im great at so I was thrilled at the results.
