I was curious about how many fish everyone thinks will be caught by everyone fishing the tourney on the lake. We caught over 20 fishing Rayburn last week. I was thinking Friday numbers will be pretty high. Like 7 to 10 per boat maybe? So over the three days what would y'all estimate? I was thinking around 30-45k if there is over 7 thousand boats. What do y'all think?

Some will fish for that big bite so not the numbers.

I've seen 6200 entries but probably the majority have 2 participants.

Since the payout is legit I think I read somewhere they expect like 8 thousand anglers.

I heard the guy promoting it on 610 last week. I recall the KILT tourneys on Conroe in the 90s ..... 10 boats in every cove, people hole sitting. Brought out a different kind of angler, like this one will. This big lake can handle it, but yall enjiy it....ill be working graveyards. I think a 10lb fish caught by a guy thats never fished the lake using a lure 6000 of those entrants never bought will take it.

I've always wondered when they say 6,000 entries, if I enter all 3 days is that 1 entry, or 3?

There were over 8K at the 30th Anniversary (less during the "off" years) and the payouts were similar if not a little lower then.

I expect there to be at least that many this year!
