I have a 2019 Hobie outback and was wondering what size cooler will fit sideways in the back tankwell? Will a yeti 45 fit? Any others?

There are not a lot of 2019 Outback owners yet. You will be better off grabbing a tape measure.

Im a bit jealous... the 2019 appears to be a great design!

I'd find a cooler that's not as heavy as a Yeti.

If you use the expanded area in the rear tank well an Igloo 48 quart Island Breeze will be really close. An Igloo Marine 36 quart will fit in that area. I'm not finding another cooler that will fit based on dimensions. Otherwise you might look at an IceMule Pro- large bag or other fish bag.

You get out of it what you put into it!
