I just spent four days on Martin last week, (March 14 - March 17), water was stained about 65 degrees on the intake side, 80+ degrees on the hot water side.
Bass were slow on jigs, spinners, cranks, rattle traps. Bite was good on texas rigged senkos.
I caught most of my fish around the cold water intake side, working the texas rig very slow and waiting for the very soft bite, let em take it good before you set the hook.
Found a new stump just under the surface of the water straight out from the Power Plant intake in the middle of the lake, the water is high right now and many stumps are not visible.

Yes sir, with the water level high right now it's deceiving. Don't know why but a Senko has always been a good bait for Martin. Also, a drop shot works well too.

I tore the mess out of the males guarding fry Saturday morning, tried c-riging the scraper cut. I had one big girl on a c-rig at dirgin bridge but she came off. Thats the only bite I had there.

Cast it, reel it, jerk it.

Had intentions of bass fishing today but the crappie bite was so good I never got around to chasing ditch pickles. Water clarity was good on the cold water side and water temp was 71 degrees. Big Easter egg hunt going on in the state park and little booger eaters running around everywhere having fun. fish
