With the Texas weather we decided to change tactics this morning. We figured if a trout bite did happen today it wouldnt be until late. So, Redfish were on the menu, and luckily they wanted to play.
One customer was a first time wader, and just from hearing him hoopin' and hollerin' I would say he is hooked. That is the best part about days on the water is watching customer's get excited.
Found a good but very light bite in knee deep scattered shell/mud. Throwing DSL chicken of the c and strawberry wine were the ticket.
