It's easy to tell the weight. Just look at their scales.

That would have to be one freakishly skinny bass. The 12# I caught a few months ago was just shy of 26"

Caught a male Largemouth @ a tournament on Fork many yrs ago. Can't recall the name of the event. Held in June. He was 23" long and weighed 4 lbs 6 oz. He was around long before the farm ponds were flooded and Fork began. I didn't get an hourly check.
