Yes there sure is! You get what you pay for with Rain Suits in my opinion. You need one with GORE-TEX. Simms, Cabelas Guidewear, Bass Pro 100 / 200 MPH. All are quality products that keep you dry.
H20 is far from these.

When it pours nothing will keep you bone dry. When I know it's going to flood, instead of jeans under my goretex bibs, I wear goretex pants under them. I also wear a thin Columbia rain jacket under my goretex jacket. Never gotten wet

I have a H2O rain suit set for sale that I guarantee will keep you wet. You're doing something wrong dude. My h2o Express suit keeps me bone dry, warm, and comfy. Maybe you got a bad one.....are you putting it on before it starts raining?

^this^ best one I have ever owned Simms for sure. I had a 100mph suit and it was great. Lasted me a good 8 years before it started being completely water proof. The Simms are light and definitely 100% waterproof. And as others have said, you get what you pay for in rain suits.

He's probably got the navy colored one, I have the black soft shell one, kept me bone dry in a monsoon on RC first time I used it 4 years ago and still kept me dry on CC last weekend running back in the wind and waves

Best rain gear I have ever owned is some Gore Tex 10X Shikari Cloth. Its insulated hunting rain gear but after 20 years and some incredible high speed ATV rides back to camp in some insane down pours it will still keep me bone dry! I am a believer in quality rain gear!!!! Nothing will ruin a hunting or fishing trip quicker than being wet!

The 100mph gear was nice today. I was even more impressed my new Keens were actually waterproof.

Simms Pro Dry if you want an amazing suit. Simms Challenger is great if you want to spend less. I own both.

I've got cabelas guidewear suite that is probably 15 years old and has never failed to keep me bone dry.....I wore this suit on an 18 day 2107 mile river trip in my jon boat-it rained I think 12 out of those days and I don't believe there is a more demanding test than running through the rain for several hours each day in a jon boat...also when the subject of rain suits comes up,I don't ever recall any criticism of a guidewear suit....they are expensive but last a long time and they work...
