Jacob Powroznik won the last MLF/BPT with 63 lbs for 20 fish. That's a 3-03 average. That's a dink fest!!!!!!!!
They just started the weigh in for BASS and 17 lbs. is leading it for 5 fish............thats a larger average! Don't litter this conversation up with facts.

Give me the average weight of all bass caught after the weigh-in. I'll guarantee it will be lower than the last BPT average weights. The top 5 guys all had 28-30 lbs for their best five on the first day. And Powrozniks best 5 on the last day weighed a lot more than 17lbs.

I think this goes back to the mlf mississippi river tourney kvd won catching 30 dinks in a row on a jerkbait. Faircloth and somebody else had some larger fish. The facts methuselah brings are interesting and I think that most of the time the mlf winners probably would have had good 5 fish bags too.
I watched bpt and the flw shows sunday and I believe I saw more commercials on Bassmaster Live in an hour today than I did all day sunday. What's that? You gotta see a commercial every time you boot up a bass cam video etc

All of them have to balance the commercials and navigate that or they don't exist. Anglers don't want to see any of them but it doesn't work that way. You watch baseball, basketball, football, golf, NASCAR and battle through commercials right? I never see anyone go on a football forum and saying that Monday night football runs too many commercials...

BPT gives me anxiety. Score tracker this, scorable bass that (usually a 1 pounder)... tourneys are like 6 days long. Cant stand it.
