Depends... any points tournament yes. But mostly comes down to time. Sometimes I know the ole lady “with 2 crazy boys 7,4” at home I try and make it home ASAP. But sometimes I will go to the weigh in regardless of my bag. Fishing is about celebrating other people’s success. And I generally like to look at big bass. But here lately at the media tournaments my dad has a 3 hour drive after the tournament on Sunday, to be back on the job at 0600 Monday. We’re hauling butt!
However in our military bass club we have adopted a after tournament dinner/lunch after each tournament for those that can make it.
Everyone has a bad day here and there. I’m ok showing face when I failed. Part of the game

Fished a local tournament 2 years back where nobody weighed a fish in. Watched a guy chunk a 1 pounder out of his livewell then walk up to ask how much the winner had.
Woke up this morning Got yourself a gun....
