Transom is compromised. Get it looked at and call insurance.

I love the smell of two stroke in the morning.

Option 1: Fix it!
Option 2: Don't fix it.
Option 3: Buy a NEW boat!
Option 4: Buy a used boat.

I would go with option 3. Then don't hit stumps! Of course I would still hit stumps because that's where the bass live.

Good luck!

Is that marinetex rubbed all over the boat right there? File an insurance claim and take it somewhere to get fixed right

Classic Fiberglass. The more you use it the worse it will get. As water saturates the transome it will most likely get softer and softer.

I bet if it's a real gorilla hull, they will honor it and fix it.

Did you back up into the stump or what, because this isnt on the bottom of the boat... gator hull may or may not warranty the work since the damage doesnt appear to be on the bottom cap of the boat.

My gorilla hull (from Toledo Bend Fiberglass) does not come up on the transom, it ends on the bottom of the boat. If it is a gator hull (Lake Fork Fiberglass) talk it back there and see what they say. May be covered since the bottom material comes up that high on the stern.
