It snowed there Sunday while I was there.

We were since last Saturday and there was no snow here Sunday. In fact Sunday was one of the better days.

Uh oh, you sure you were there Sunday Duck Hunter?

A quick weather search for Vegas shows that it snowed late 2/17/19 evening into the early am of 2/18/19

A friend of mine moved out there a few months ago. I thought she was playing when she posted picture of the snow lol. That's pretty wild.

Sounds like a good time though! I'll have to make sure I try out Gordon Ramsey's next time I'm out there. I've heard a lot of good things

Yes it snowed in the mountains not on the strip. If any of you are familiar with Vegas the mountains and the strip are completely different areas and not far apart. Higher elevations get snow all the time out here. We drove the loop at Red Rock on Sunday and I guarantee it did not put down accumulating snow. I guess you all believe the weather reports. Wow some of you have way to much time on your hands. Have a great day.

Hells Kitchen did not disappoint once again. The food there is amazing. We even got to meet Chef Christina who was there helping with a private party. She came around greeting everyone. Ramsey knows how to do things right for sure.

Snow accumulated throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including on the strip. Its the first time the area has received measurable snow since December 2008, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Some areas received up to 2 inches of snow, the newspaper reported.

Correct. That was on Wednesday going into Thursday morning, not Sunday.

The article is from Monday, February 18, 2019. The first line of the article says, Residents and tourists were treated by a shocking sight overnight Sunday: snow on the ground.

Just take the L and stop calling me a liar.

Is that a 24 hour time lapse photo from Sunday?

Listen, Im not calling you a liar, Im just saying youre wrong. Youre calling me a liar and what would be the point of me lying here, especially about being in Las Vegas?

It snowed overnight Sunday. On the strip. Your picture is from before it got dark. The article I posted has video of it. I was there. I experienced it. It was not a lot of snow compared to Wednesday night, but it snowed.

Youre saying the article and video are wrong and completely made up? I dont understand. You seem to be proud to have been there for the last two snow events in Vegas and this adds to your cred because youve been there for the last three.

Wow this started as a simple post about snow in a desert. At this point I don't care. I am talking about snow on the ground and not a flurry or two. I watched the local news out here and you would have thought you would need to be stocking supplies for a month the way the news media had everyone going. It's laughable much like some of you. Have a snow free day in Texas. I have margaritas to drink. Good day to all.
