I was thinking about taking my son and our kayaks to the south end of Lake Arlington where the creek is and see if any crappies were home. Anyone have any experience down in that area?

Might be a couple weeks away from getting good. Just trying to gather some info now.

Thank you Butch, I was wondering where the launching point would be. Is it a safe area?

its in a nice neighborhood in Arlington
you could hang a left out of the park & fish a shoreline that offers a lot of different environments
docks - rock - brush
