thats really sick though, whether it's their culture or not, that doesn't mean it's a civilized culture. Of course, some may say, who are we to judge? But, I think that we can appreciate the western civilization when compared to some of the practices of other countries that demoralize human beings and animals alike.

Its their culture. Some things we do here in America, they view in the same manner as we view letting an infant play with a deadly snake. Doesn't matter. German "culture" in WWII said it was okay to kill Jews, gypsies, the mentally-handicapped, etc. It is wrong because it it wrong.
