I'd go with slacks and sport coat. Polo shirt if weather allows, otherwise long sleeve dress shirt and NO tie. This is my thought. I was thinking jeans, long sleeve dress shirt no tie and dress shoes. I think my debate is with the pants... slacks of nice jeans? Match the hatch. Go with what the guys that interviewed you before were wearing.

Button down cotton dress shirt, wool slacks (but not khakis - they have old man stigma), dress loafers, wool sport coat. No tie - that would show you have trouble listening. If meeting with future direct reports, the most important thing is to appear interested in what they have to say - listen carefully and ask follow-up questions. Once you have the job you can reveal your autocratic self.

How did the people who interviewed you dress?
That way.

Don't think anyone would hire me today, don't know how to dress.
Prepare for the future-it will be here tomorrow. Personal Best Large Mouth Bass 9 lbs. 12 oz 5/13/19. Herb Stein, who famously reminded us that “if something can’t go on forever, it will stop.”

This: Suit and tie. Its better to be over dressed than under dressed. Or this: You stated you've had two in-person interviews. You've seen what they wear. Outdress them by one notch. You need to show them that you fit into their culture. I personally would wear boots, nice jeans, button down and a sport coat, but Im not interviewing for a director position.

Suit and tie. You can always pull the coat off if they are more casual, but you can't up your dress if you are to casual.
Don't know of anyone loosing a job for being overdressed, but you can sure loose one being underdressed.

Sweats with overly long legs, pulled down around your butt exposing your nice silk drawers in a contrasting color with a hoodie covering a flat bill cap with your ears tucked under it and some real nice sport shoes trimmed with a flashy color. That should do the trick! Seriously, go with the suit and tie, the big man may change his mind and be there too. Much better to over dress than under dress, but what do I know, I am an Old and dont think like these young Whipper Snappers.

Yeezy's, skinny jeans, vintage tshirt, dress shirt unbuttoned - collar popped out. If it's cold, a Howler Brother's puffy vest. This is how all the start up Q's and techies in Austin dress. Oh, and Frames, get you some sweet glasses to wear, even if you don't need them. This is actually about what I saw from the guys in their 20s...Which was about 70% of them. The older dudes like me, in their later 30s or even their 40s were in slacks and polos or jeans and polos. I like the insight guys I think I got a good idea how to go with this. I like to hear others thoughts and experiences when making such critical choices.

Whooooa Nelly! From my own experience I always picked the company I wanted to work for and closed the deal on the spot. You are on your 5th interview and meeting with folks that will be reporting to you? Don't waste my time with questions about dress until you're meeting with someone that can actually offer you the job. The power dynamics are very different now than they were even 10 years ago. The stuff I was taught 15 years ago as a Jr. Manager type are in many ways no longer applicable. That will vary from industry to industry but anything to do with tech and a new company thats growing rapidly... its just very different man. They expect their leaders to be their friends and listen to them and what not... Good and bad in it. But its changed rapidly I have found with the millennial's coming in and now having been around long enough that many are now holding mid and even sr. level positions...hell in many cases they built the companies.

Immediately assert your dominance over the snowflake millennials by making solid eye contact and a firm handshake. Flirt with the hostess and female wait staff. Dont look at your cell phone for the entire lunch unless they ask to see pics of your loved ones Then and only then do you touch your phone and show pics of your truck, largest bass, your mom and girlfriend

If you're asking for dress advice, after 5 interviews, I'm not sure we can help you. Wear your fishing gear
