Do you guys use a vaccum chamber to remove bubbles from the plastic before you pour? Im about to start pouring for the first time and was curious how big a problem it is. I plan on using Dead On Plastic.

TIA

If you're going to de-air your plastic, do it before you heat it. Whether or not it's necessary is up to you. Normally micro bubbles aren't an issue unless you're shooting a translucent color.

with dead on you shouldn't need a vacuum chamber unless you stir like a maniac lol. That is some good plastic, hardly any bubbles if any at all

just let it set for a few minutes and you can spoon out all the air bubbles off the top. But if you are shaking up your bottle real hard your going to fight air bubbles, I usually just turn my jug upside down a few times. but with dead on plastic they require you to stir the plastic. that's one reason why I don't buy dead on plastic. I like Calhoun plastic.

M-F plastic never has bubbles. When I have gotten bubbles in other plastics, I heat and let sit and then reheat to pour. Kind of a pain, but it works.
