I get them to tie the knot at the store when I purchase a tie. Don't have a clue how to tie it.

Please educate me on why, in this day and age, a neck tie is even still required? I refuse to wear one...for anything, since I retired and no longer have to go to court. Guys on the juries in court didn't even have to wear the stupid things.

Depends on the style of shirt you wear and how the collar sits, but for me, it's double Windsor all the way. Being a tall guy, I need stupid long ties to pull that off, otherwise I have to do some trickery to hide that back tag-end side of the tie. Same
