Flw response to my email regarding fish care.
Good morning, Dennis. Thanks for watching our live weigh in on flwfishing.com. I completely understand that fish have to be in the water to survive. We take a tremendous amount of pride in fish care. The longest I spoke to anyone was a couple minutes, then the fish immediately get water back into the bag before being handed off to a staff member on the release boat. Unfortunately, we don't have a staff member to take fish off the stage at all events. Just so you know, we lost very few fish over the weekend. Thanks for your support of the sport.

that is about the most lame excuse for fish care ever given. for the kind of entries these folks charge fish care should be at the top of their list of things to do. I'm truly stunned that is what they chose to reply with. That is not a good look on them. You gotta think with all the high school fishing teams having fundraisers a token donation to to team in Del Rio and some free flw hats or shirts would get a couple kids to run fish. It ain't that hard. that is about the most lame excuse for fish care ever given. for the kind of entries these folks charge fish care should be at the top of their list of things to do. I'm truly stunned that is what they chose to reply with. That is not a good look on them. It ain't that hard. Thats exactly what happens at Bassmaster events. He weigh em, they give them to a high school team, that volunteers, and they go immediately to a live release boat.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Within 2 steps of exiting the stage there are 4 tubs of oxygenated water with a pump that puts water back on the fish.

Within 2 steps of exiting the stage there are 4 tubs of oxygenated water with a pump that puts water back on the fish. Hi Mark, you did a pretty good job with the anglers. Help our fish, throw the fish in the water and then make your conversation.

FLW has the worst website ever. Hanselman is a dang hammer though. AGREED Agreed again, Hanselman won by 12 lbs. that's pretty awesome.

We have a few guys on here to cry about someone keeping fish in their livewell to take pictures at the end of the day. Maybe this will keep them busy for awhile. Might as well fillet them all if you haul them around all day for the youtube/facebook fame 5 fish pic.
