Use manufacture oil are a good synthetic

any synthetic 75-90 gear oil from your local auto parts store. 75-90 mineral oil is fine but mixes with water, synthetic doesn't. i personally use mobile 1 or lucas m8 marine gear oil in my older johnrudes
