Finally caught some of those stocker rainbow trout, now I need a good recipe on how to cook them. Tips?
I love dipping my in regular yellow mustard. Them put them in a pile of Louisiana Extra Crispy Fish Fry. Once covered with mustard and fish fry mix place them a frying pan full of HOT Wesson Oil. I love mine done well so I let them fry for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve them up with fried potatoes, garden salad,corn bread, and a pitcher of Ice Cold Ice Tea!
Side Note: A ice cold Corona with a lime is also hard to beat.
