Side scan is a little clearer, but not by much. LiveSight isn't even out now for the HDS live units..... I would imagine that update would be mid 2019..... you will need a separate module and transducer for the LiveSight to work with the Carbons..... HDS Live units will just require a transducer.

One 18.3 for the Carbon units to be able to use the new 2 in1 and 3 in1 transducers. It�s expected release date is around now. The 2nd update also 18.3 will be to update your SS3d to Active imagine. Late first quarter release I think.
