Then need to kill one more person before they can find the treasure. Only then will the treasure be found. Ya'll keep me updated when one of the brothers dies, and I'll start watching again.

I'm pretty sure they are covering the entire island with metal detectors, but the show is edited and when they make a find they gather up the main characters to re-create the find. Think about it,,,, isn't it funny how the cameras are rolling when they make a discovery?
That island has more holes punched into it than a block of Swiss cheese.
It's entertaining, but some episodes kind of leave you with the question, "I just sat here for all this time watching for that?"

That old man died who did searches years ago, and the young son of one of the crew, and recently the older lady that was doing the research.....I guess they aren't keeping count.
