I know Navarro Mills and Bardwell levels are still above normal and releasing water. Does anyone know how bad the damage is to the fishing Marinas at either of those lakes and when they hope to open? Not sure how accurate it is, but I saw A mention on Facebook that Crappie Point and Navarro Mills was "gone?" Corp of Engineers took their sweet time replacing it in the last flood, hoping it is still there.

Has anyone heard when the ramps might open at Bardwell? COE website hasn't been updated since Oct.

I just got off the phone with the COE office at Bardwell. Love Park ramp should be open today. No damage to the new dock that was installed a few months ago. Highview ramp is scheduled to be opened the first of next week. There was some damage to the new docks that were installed a few months ago. Not sure of the extent, or whether they will be usable. Little Mustang is scheduled to be opened in about a week and a half. He did warn me that due to all the flooding there is a chance that debris is going to be present. That is just a given, as far as I'm concerned. I'm hopping to get out there Monday or Tuesday.

I fished Bardwell 1-5-19. Lake was 9' high. Water temp started at 45 around 8:30. Was 49 at 3:30. Caught 4 fish in that time. All were in about 20' of water. I fished all depths, they just didn't like what I had to offer. I launched at Love. The dock is unusable with the lake this high. Had to beach it to get in. I fish Bardwell a lot, so I know where I can safely beach. Good Luck.
