Try using the media tag tool to embed the youtube video. Its the one that looks like a directors "take" snappy thing.

While there is something to be said for the argument that you might be trespassing by entering the private boat slip, it's really a trivial thing so long as you aren't making contact with the boat, dock, etc.

It still happens around here. A couple of guys at Cottonwood Marina were giving me [censored] from about 15 slips away. I just left the area. No fish around that marina anyway.

I can understand their concern. All too often I witness people flipping boat slips and knocking off pieces of gel coat with their jigs/tungsten weights. But with that said, they still have every right to be fishing there. You're a lot more patient than I am.
