Need some help....Either I am doing something wrong or the new fancy micro wave is a piece of [censored]. I put a potato in and hit the popcorn button, waited until the ding but when I open the door it is stall a potato.

I use the small red potatoes, for that, they pop easier. FYI

It's obviously a issue with the potato itself.
You need to find out where they were grown, and send a soil sample off to A&M for analysis.
