No expert here but my guess would be blue cat.

Just because there was no record of blues being stocked does not mean they are not there. These fish move through creeks, sloughs, drainage ditches, birds, people dump them etc. etc. They get around as nature finds a way it seems.

I have caught a lot of fish (and various kinds of fish) in places that had never been stocked.
