OP deucer02 TFF Guru D Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 15,337 Irving, Texas	Aldi has choice sirloin tip roasts for $3.99 a pound. I wm thinking about cooking one on the smoker like I would a briskit. Anyone ever tried it? If so,how did it turn out? Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

Cook it until it's just Medium to Medium-Rare, pull it off and slice it paper thin, Best carved roast beef you'll ever eat. Sometimes I use a piece of chuck and smoke it till it's charcoal. I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us. Hopper
