I believe they are still waiting for the ground under the ramps to dry.

Lake Waco is now less than 3 above full pool. All the times I have crossed the Bosque River @ 185 bridge to China Springs I have never noticed a ramp. Whats the scoop on this ramp?

There is not a ramp at 185, just where the road ends, sounds like when the water was up you could launch off the road.

Airboat was on the river on the south end not north. Assumed they put in somewhere on the south side but maybe not...

The South Bosque goes under hwy. 84 I think there is some places that you could get air boat in. The A. C. E. will arrest and fine you for being on a closed lake. I have an 2 man bass buster and i know of places that i could get it on the lake but i don't want all that trouble.

In 20 years being around that lake I've never seen corp of engineers enforcement only texas game wardens. The duck hunters never quit using the lake during this flood.

I am not a fan of Waco A C E. I been to lots of corp lake and they are better maintain than Waco. I been here for over 40 years and have never seen then work on anything. Go by the office and the truck are always parked. I retired and go by there at difference times. My friend and I were told that they are going to try to clean up two ramps this week and that they would like to open Twin Bridges and Airport beach ramp by Dec 1. I going to call Friday and see what up. Here is there number 254-756-5359 for your record
