Run far the other way from Progressive. When our boat was totaled in a fire, Our adjuster rushed the appraisal because " he wanted to get back home for a ballgame in Waco." Offered us a rediculously, insulting settlement. I went to the trouble of locating at least dozen comparables, made twice that many phone calls and the claim specialist blew us off every time. Had to finally accept an low ball offer 3 months of going back and forth only because the burnt hull was upsetting our HOA. Needless to say, I doubt we will ever be able to get back in a boat again.
