I have caught small channel and small blues on spoons around shad schools. My brother caught a flathead on a plastic worm. I have heard of a technique someone did on youtube using bass jigs on the bottom for flatheads. And I know someone who caught a large Flathead on a spinner bait. But nothing with consistency.
What about the bait above makes you think it would catch catfish?
