My wife just purchased one about a month ago. I'm pretty impressed with it so far. My wife is a fine mother, wife and business woman, but her culinary skills are less than stellar, even in that instant pot. So, do any of you fine people care to share a few of your favorite meals you prepare in your instant pot? I'm burned out on chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Thanks.
Yes you can trust the Government, just ask the Indians.

Just about any recipe can be cooked in a IP, but faster. I want one for cooking beans, but can't afford a fancy bean pot.

Chili is easy. But weve gotten to where we make it for the next day. While it cooks everything fine doesnt give the spices enough time to blend.
Tons of recipes out there.

Pintrest is full of quick easy recipes. A lot of them have few ingredients.
I did garlic butter asparagus a few days back. it was awesome and took less than 10 minutes. 3 ingredients

If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.

Pinto beans were good as was beef tips and rice. I tried chicken breasts for chicken and dumplings and will go back to a regular pan next time. I will probably try chili next to get the meat tender then put on the saute setting or beef/stew for several hours to get the spices melded.
