Pat explained it best on how to learn to drive but if you really want to learn to drive an '07 Triton find and early 97' with a low serial number. Those were a handful and Triton eventually modified the pad a little. Seems Ol' Roark Summerford failed to realize these were being built for average Joe's and not racers.

Which is a cupcake compared to an XB Allison. Or a hydro stream.
Setup will get you to third but only driving gets you home.

Setup will get you to third but only driving gets you home. Years ago when I had my hot rodded Triton I had two friends with Allisons. One was an XB2002 with a 260efi and the other was an XB2003 with a 225 promax. Learing to drive those made my Triton a breeze.

Maybe cheaper options out there and no one mentioned it so not sure if it is a valid option on newer boats. Solid motor mounts fixed it on my Ranger Comanche. It was not real bad to start with and boat was by no means a performance hull but it drove much better after I had them installed.

I have no problem driving my 01 tr21. I just want to know why so many people call it chime walk
