Cheap Rednecks use small short sections of chain like on dog walking collar chain. Spray with auto undercoat to dampen the jingle. Tie on with mono as a breakaway. I suppose you could heat shrink to add $

Small nylon wire ties will connect to swivel and break away also if hung
