Has anyone ever caught sand fleas in the surf here in Galveston, or Boliver Island?

There's some good videos on YouTube. I'm looking to try and catch some next trip, but don't want to invest in a sand flea rake.
I'm thinking a little one-hand garden rake might work.

Ive watch several videos and will be down on boliver friday. Going to see if I can catch a few before I invest in a rake myself.

Just grab a shovel and dig a hole at the waters edge. Swirl it around when a wave comes through... the sandfleas will be swimming around as it settles (you can see examples of the holes we use in various videos on our YouTube channel).
