If I remember correctly, In Texas there are no acccomplices. All involved are equal principals.

Does Texas law allow the other two suspects to be charged with the murder of suspect #1? I'm not sure about charges for murder of suspect #1 but if the police officer dies, I'm pretty certain the others can be charged with capital murder.
