Mickey and I will be there, have had some okie boys calling me smack talking so I have to represent on my home lake. i aint seen Mickey in a day or two ... I will be gald to see everyone again...There will be more folks we aint seen in a while....We waxed those okie boys on the river at muskogee..Their looking for revenge  LOL maybe i can get Chris Taylor off his tail to fish...ill tell him....

I have got a lotta people asking where is everyone staying at.....Me & Johnny is booked at Bobs Motel 2 miles or less from the ramp.......better call and make reservations wherever your staying at.....All the motels book up quickly it will still be striper season......

The High Plains Drifters are booked at Bobs and registration has been sent in..we might not catch a single fish but were gonna look damn good doin it...Me and Littlefeather will see yall in November!

you can have 8 rods in the boat, no more, no extras, i'll see about the # allowed for a team ...seemed like there was a team last time that had 3 cause they had a kid...but im not 100% people we dont know the lake either  but our plan is to follow drawout and prime all day long...

El Gato that lake will humble anyone quickly. Its an amazing lake when your on the fish and they play nice but she can also be a nightmare I've made that drive home many times wondering what just happened

Actually my friend Chris is that just moved to Alabama on the Tennessee river.....His 1st trip out started with a 4lb channel cat  19 days Draw-master "C"

I was told that there are 140 + bass tournamnet launching that day & a 80 tom 100 striper tournament as well all going from the only ramp open on Texoma as of yesterday.....The corps lady said they can accommidate around 180 boats launching and they arent giving any permits to the catfish folks....  were done... Prime why dont you fire up some Stevie Ray Vaugn and play "Texas Flood" Dang it man......dam rain anyway...LOL

Deer season kind of messes up some fishing . If I had a blue blazer I might be fishing more than hunting. That is most often my way in my pontoon.

No tournament action so i took my oldest friend "chief" out he is 72 yrs old and can fish with the best of them..  he was fighting the 38 inch blue in the next shot  The 1st photo there is a rod in the floor with a 5-lber on it LOL The fish wore his azz out.....

I caught that greasy channel cat on the first throw of a "sabiki" when catching big Tenn river Jacks.......now that was a hexing. I named that channel cat "big sam" and went on to catch a 41 pound blue that day in his honor. So Sam.....since the Red River tournament is postponed, why don't you and Johnny load up and head down here to Wheeler and WIlson???
