I'd fish under the bridge at Runaway Bay if I were you. Where 7 million other people fish..... Every fish under the bridge is 9".

Does anyone know if the crappie are biting at the crappie house there at Weatherford marina? I called a couple days ago and asked, the person I spoke to said yes. It would seem they wouldn't be since they are in deeper water due to the cold!! Never been there before, wanted to try it out!!

I called other day and the guy told me he hadn’t heard.. which I took as no… lake is done 6ft or so… back
End of that marina is probably 12ft or so if I were to guess with lake levels as they are… front of crappie barge likely around 5ft or so.

During the winter every crappie on that lake is in that cove with the boat slips and crappie house
