what am i looking at here Jaret Latta?  Small oxygen tank, regulator, hose/ceramic diffuser all from keep alive. The tank can be purchased at a welding supply store since it's easier to do the exchange similar to propane. About $250 for everything This plus ice when needed and catch/release..... problem solved

VT-2 on my boats. Just install em, get rid of the bad gasses build up. I use G-juice frozen in Gatorade bottles. Pull cap off, put in livewells & let it melt. Some cooling but not a shock to fish. One in morning & one after noon. Fish are very active when weighed in. Noticably in better condition.
